Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN)/National Research and Innovation Agency is looking for an Academic Writing Mentor who can live and volunteer for 6 months in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- This assignment seeks to support researchers at BRIN's Research Center for Area Studies to enhance their academic manuscripts' quality and clarity. This includes providing them with feedback, giving detailed revisions and constructive suggestions.
- To be considered for this role, you’ll need a degree in English, linguistic, education or related fields, with a strong experience on mentoring around academic writing and language instruction.
- You will be working alongside local staff who are mentors/supervisors for the researchers. During your mentoring schedule, the local staff will learn and adapt to your mentoring method.

Requirements
- All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV).
- A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.
- A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.
