Building and Design Civil Engineering

We’re looking for a Building and Design Civil Engineering Mentor who can live and volunteer for 9 months in Timor-Leste.

• This assignment seeks to improve the engineering system in Timor, by sharing and exchanging valuable skills and knowledge with local Timorese nationals.
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need extensive experience working on a range of civil engineering work sites in rural areas or in a developing country.
• As a volunteer, you will mentor local staff in the full range of building and design of Municipality Project. Particularly with emphasis on: - design and costing of the project -Foundation for all structure reflects the condition of the soil and the weather. 

About the Partner Organisation 

Ermera is one of the municipalities around the capital Dili. Due to limited funding available, PDIM Administrasaun Autoridade Municipal de Ermera is looking for a reliable and capable civil engineer who can assist with developing staff in rural areas.
