Communications Advisor

We’re looking for a Communications Advisor who can live and volunteer for 12 months in Fiji.

• This assignment seeks to improve both internal and external communication processes to ensure transparency, engagement, and a consistent message across all divisions within the Commissions
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need formal qualifications in Communications and/or in Media as well as experience working within Human Rights sector
• Provide support in mentoring and training to local staff within the Commission across different units for sustainable communications approach

Fiji Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission (Commission) is an independent state body and has a broad mandate to promote and protect human rights at the national level in Fiji. Their mission is to lead in promotion, protection and fulfillment of human rights for all in Fiji and strengthen and sustain a human rights culture in the country.
