About the Partner Organisation
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) of Cambodia serves as the primary government body responsible for overseeing the development and management of the nation's transportation infrastructure. With a focus on enhancing connectivity and mobility, the ministry plays a crucial role in planning, implementing, and regulating various transportation projects and services across the country. While the Ministry is working to improve road infrastructure quality, there is still a significant need for ongoing investment, technical innovation, and international cooperation to create a resilient and efficient road network. To address various challenges in construction projects, MPWT is seeking technical support from international pavement engineers. These experienced engineers will collaborate closely with our team to develop economical and effective road pavement design approaches for critical projects in Cambodia. Additionally, the selected engineer will be responsible for developing a guideline on conceptual design for different road classes within the country.
