Finance Management Trainer

We’re looking for a Finance Management Trainer who can volunteer remotely from home for 6 months. 

• This assignment seeks to build the capacity of Vanuatu Aquatics Federation's Finance Officer and team to deliver financial acquittals to VAF's donors, as per their reporting requirements, to understand how grants to national/community sporting organizations are managed, delivered, monitored and evaluated, and assist with a clear set of updated financial operating procedures that are sensitised with staff and board members  
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need experience in financial management/bookkeeping for community-based, regional, state or national non-profit sporting organization/federation, experience in grant management and financial reporting, and qualification/experience in MYOB 
• You will be working mainly with the Finance Officer and from time to time, with other staff whose functions touches on aspects of thes assignment under overall supervision of the President of VAF. 

About the Partner Organisation 

Vanuatu Aquatics Federation is is the national sporting organisation for aquatic sports in Vanuatu. It promotes swimming as both a recreational activity and as a competitive sport throughout Vanuatu. VAF needs a professional with donor grant acquittal/reporting experience to help build the capacity of VAF's as it lacks skills in these areas.
