Fundraising Support Mentor

We’re looking for a Fundraising Support Mentor who can volunteer remotely (from home) for 6 months. Join the Australian Volunteers Program to contribute to sustainable development across East Asia. 

About the Partner Organisation: 

NGO-CEDAW has been advocating for gender equality for over 20 years with monitoring and promoting the implementation of the UN Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women. CEDAW regularly conducts training for members and the public on women's rights and to improve implementation of law against gender-based violence.

As CEDAW no longer has core funding and with new staff this year this role will aim to help improve the organisational capacity on fundraising and resource mobilisation skills that will enable the organization to secure core funding and improved financial stability.

 About the Position: 

• You’ll be developing a fundraising and grant writing approach for core funding.
• You’ll need experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• You’ll be contributing greatly to their ability to conduct activities efficiently.
