We’re looking for a Grants Facilitation Mentor who can  live and volunteer for 12 months in the Philippines.

  • This assignment seeks to increase the capacity of TSKI staff on resource mobilization, project management, and partnership development for organizational sustainability 
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need relevant knowledge and experience in crafting grant proposals, resource mobilization, and program and project development and management
  • You will be working alongside TSKI's resource mobilization team

About the Partner Organisation 

Taytay Sa Kauswagan (A Microfinance NGO), Inc. (TSKI) is a leading non-profit development organization in the Philippines working to alleviate poverty and improve the lives of low-income households through financial services, livelihood trainings and support programs. TSKI provides financial assistance through microloans, conducts livelihood trainings on skills of entrepreneurship, and implements business consultancy services to guide its valued clients. They serve as a catalyst in creating income through entrepreneurship, crafting a future where marginalized communities can thrive. Due to a lack of expertise and personnel, they are requesting the support of an Australian volunteer to mentor them on resource mobilization, fundraising, project management, and partnership development for organizational sustainability. The volunteer will support TSKI through desk reviews, research, and coaching and mentoring local counterparts.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
  • A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
  • A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.
