About the Partner Organisation

UNICEF works throughout Indonesia - from Aceh to Papua with the head office located in Jakarta. On the ground in the communities or within the corridors of ministries, UNICEF’s work in Indonesia encompasses conducting research and publishing reports that can shape policy direction; as well as advising and supporting equitable planning, financing and delivery of essential services for Indonesia’s 80 million children, focusing on the most vulnerable.

By supporting government authorities and partners at district, provincial and national level, UNICEF ensures that laws, policies and services in Indonesia secure every child’s right to health, protection and education. Finally, while we continually measure and regularly report on our programmatic progress – beyond every program activity is a child’s story and UNICEF’s success is ultimately measured by our positive impact on each child & community in which we work.
