- Provide support in contributing to empowering communities and advancing socioeconomic progress through education and digital inclusion.
About the Partner Organisation:
Credit Union Foundation Australia (CUFA) is a not-for-profit organisation whose goal is to expand the outreach of financial services and products to people and communities and to support, through funding and technical assistance, emerging credit union movements in developing countries. CUFA supports projects in PNG and Cambodia and receives funding through the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade as well as other international donors including the ADB and UN.
As Cufa's presence in Papua New Guinea continues, we are increasingly expanding into new sectors, with new education related projects. This expansion requires we remain at the forefront of best practise, and ensure all our materials, curriculum, and activities are modern, relevant, and practical, and the Learning and Education Mentor plays a key role in this process. This role involves working closely with the Cufa PNG Project Officers, Country Operations Manager, Program Manager, and other related staff to review and enhance educational resources and practises, and explore digital learning solutions.
The Learning and Education Mentor supports Cufa’s mission by providing strategic guidance, building capacity, and driving continuous improvement. Through their efforts, they help strengthen the organization’s commitment to community empowerment, education, and digital inclusion.
