Management Training Mentor

We’re looking for a Management Training Mentor  who can live and volunteer for 3 Months in Timor Leste

• This assignment seeks to Support a Timorese multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement, monitor, and evaluate training interventions in primary care settings within Timor-Leste
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in management roles with progressive levels of responsibilit
• You will be working alongside national staff in the DISTaNCE Team
• As a volunteer, you will support capacity building, reporting, mentoring
• Participate in meetings, planning, consulting
• Provide support in Capacity Building
• Work towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through [outline specific SDG contribution...] 

About the Partner Organisation 

The Ministry of Health (MdS) vision is for a “Healthy East Timorese people in a healthy East Timor”. 

Associação Maluk Timor is a non-governmental organization (NGO), whose mission is to support MdS in achieving this vision, by strengthening Primary Health Care (PHC), especially through workforce development.
