Yayasan Jejak Selo is looking for a Organisational Development Facilitator who can live and volunteer for 6 months in Lombok, Indonesia.


  • This assignment seeks to refining the foundation's vision and mission, strategic plan, program focus, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) framework.
  • To be considered for this role, you’ll need a number of experience on facilitating team's capacity building for individual and organisation improvement.
  • You will also be providing support in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the organisation's internal and external communication channels for a better workflows, coordination, and engagement.

About the Partner Organisation 

Yayasan Jejak Selo is a registered foundation with focus area in West Nusa Tenggara and is delivering community development program such as, education, inclusion, health and wellbeing, also environment. The vision is social and ecological equity through community-driven development, and the mission is to cultivate a self-sustaining model that improves education, economy, and environmental resilience of the local community through the regeneration, preservation, and restoration of the native people, their culture, and their natural resources.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV). 
  • A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.  
  • A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.  

Additional requirements include a First Aid certificate
