Research Advisor

We’re looking for a Research Advisor who can live and volunteer for 12 months in Fiji.

• This assignment seeks to provide training and guidance to local staff and volunteers on data collection and analysis methodologies
• To be considered for this role, you’ll need experience in research, data analysis, or a related field, preferably in ecology, animal welfare, or social sciences
• As a volunteer, you will support in analyzing and interpreting data from two key research areas: Dog & Cat Population, Ecology & Demographics Studies, and Ethical Attitudes/Pet Ownership Surveys

Animals Fiji (operated by West Charity Trust Society) is a registered Fiji charity (#889)under the Charitable Trusts Act (Cap. 67) with a focus on animal welfare. Their Mission is to improve the welfare of all animals - domesticated & wildlife - resulting in better lives for both the animal and humans of Fiji, while helping to build a society without animal cruelty.
