Yayasan Cipta Mandiri (YCM) is looking for a Tourism Development Mentor who can live and volunteer for 6 months in Indonesia
- This assignment seeks to revive YCM's tourism division named Bogortours, into a solid, knowledgeable and skillful team in tourism industry.
- To be considered for this role, you’ll need knowledge and experience in developing tourism or ecotourism industry, passionate to explore tourism objects in Indonesia (Bogor, West Java and Banten Province) and digital marketing skill and experience in fundraising is a plus.
- You will be working alongside a Project Leader and the team based in Bogor, Indonesia
About the Partner Organisation
Yayasan Cipta Mandiri (YCM) is a dynamic non-profit NGO, based in Bogor, outskirts of Jakarta. YCM works to empower disadvantaged young people in order to have better lives and give positive impact to the communities.
YCM has been providing free motivational alternative education programs to young people whose families often struggle to meet basic needs. Our focus works are motivating the youths of YCM’s member in order to have good and tough characters (soft skills) and equip them with qualified hard skills to make positive sustainable changes in their lives and others, motivating the youths of YCM’s member, in order to dare to dream and to reach their dreams. Facilitating free of charge alternative education practical programs for the youths of YCM. Our motto is: Changes Our Lives! YCM’s focus work is to commit on supporting Sustainable Development Goals by UN (United Nation) no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10 and 17. YCM’s programs are designed by integrating education in practical learning system, internships program and entrepreneurship.

Requirements
- All applicants must be Australian citizens or holders of Permanent Residency Visa of Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV).
- A National Police Check must be completed during the application process.
- A Psychological Test is required for all volunteer assignments.
