The Australian Volunteers Program is aware that there have been scams using the program’s name and logo.

Please note that the Australian Volunteers Program:

• Does not charge volunteers or partner organisations a fee to participate in the program.
• Will never ask individuals to pay for volunteer uniforms.
• Is not involved with any labour hire schemes or agencies in Australia, New Zealand, or the United States.
• Is not able to provide visa assistance for anyone who is not a program participant.

If you receive communications that offers any of the above or requests money or your personal information, please contact our Australian office or our team in your country.
