Volunteering
Learn about the different ways you can volunteer. We offer remote, in-country and hybrid volunteer assignments.
The Australian Volunteers Program matches a broad range of skilled Australians with partner organisations to support them to achieve their own development goals. International volunteering is an incredible experience, it gives you the opportunity to share your skills and make a tangible difference to communities in the Pacific, Asia and Africa. We offer three volunteering modalities, in-country, remote and hybrid, which provide a range of opportunities for volunteers to support our partner organisations.

- Australian citizens or holders of a Permanent Residency Visa for Australia, or New Zealand residents in Australia with a Special Category Visa (SCV).
- Volunteers must be over the age of 18 and there is no upper age limit
